Direct Verbal Help Example 1

Skill: Drake needs to learn to Start Conversations with His Peers.
Drake and his teacher and peers are together.
His teacher provides a natural cue by giving a task direction, "If anybody wants a cutter, they have to ask me."
Drake indicates that he wants the train- shaped cookie cutter.
His teacher provides direct verbal help by saying, "Drake, ask Abraham for the train."
The result is that Drake asks Abraham for the train.
The natural reward is that Drake gets the train cookie cutter.
